Shipping, Orders & Returns
Everything you need to know about your SUPERWELL order.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship via FedEx. Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days
- International: At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. SUPERWELL Living is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
What's Eligible
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on physical products — including books, apparel, and merchandise — provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Digital products (courses, downloads, and program access) are non-refundable. All digital sales are final.
How to Start a Return
Email us at team@superwellliving.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
ORDER ISSUES
If you experience a technical issue with your order — such as a missing item, incorrect shipment, or a duplicate charge — contact us at team@superwellliving.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
